This SMS Privacy Policy explains how DJ&A, LLC (“DJ&A,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you exchange text messages (SMS) with DJ&A employees.
Information we collect
When you text with a DJ&A employee, we collect your mobile phone number, the content of the messages, and the dates and times they were sent and received. You provide your mobile number when you give it to a DJ&A employee and agree to receive texts, or when you text a DJ&A employee’s business number first.
How we use your information
We use your mobile number and messages only to communicate with you about projects, scheduling, documents and other business matters you have with DJ&A, and to respond to your questions. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How we share your information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We may share information only with service providers that deliver our text messaging service (such as our phone and messaging providers), when required by law, or to protect our rights.
How we protect and keep your information
Text messages are stored in our business communication systems with access limited to authorized personnel, and are kept in line with our records-retention practices.
Opting out
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. You’ll receive one confirmation message and no further texts from that number. Reply START to resume, or reply HELP for help.
